This website is designed to minimise data collection. It uses no advertising, analytics or tracking services and no automatically embedded social media. It sets no unnecessary cookies.

Technical connection data

When the website is accessed, the technical hosting service processes connection data required for delivery, stability and security, in particular the IP address, time, requested page, browser and device information. Server logs are processed only to the extent technically and operationally necessary. Processing by contracted technical service providers, including outside Switzerland, may occur; the applicable statutory safeguards and contractual guarantees apply.

Contact by email

The contact form stores no information on this website; it opens the user's email program. Messages are used to handle the enquiry and related follow-up. Please do not send sensitive data by unencrypted email.

Pastoral chat

When you voluntarily use the pastoral chat, your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Explicit acknowledgement is required before sending. The website does not permanently store the chat history, and the response is requested without long-term storage through the Responses API. Do not enter names, contact details, medical information or other confidential information. The chat is not an emergency service and does not replace personal pastoral care, psychotherapy or medical advice.

Cookies and external content

The site itself uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. Videos, audio or other external content are not loaded automatically. If added later, they will be accompanied by an appropriate notice.

Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, you may in particular request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data and object to certain processing. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. Please send requests to info@dragnev.ch.
