About me
My journey connects Bulgaria and Switzerland, hospitality and theology, an evangelical background and Reformed church practice.
I grew up in Bulgaria and now live and work in Switzerland. After more than twenty years in the hotel sector and in leadership roles, most recently as a hotel director in Biel, I studied theology at the Universität Basel.
I completed my vicariate at the Reformierte Kirchgemeinde Oftringen and was ordained as a Protestant-Reformed minister at the Friedenskirche Olten. I now serve with KIRCHE32, contributing in particular to worship and church life in Bargen, Kallnach-Niederried and Walperswil-Bühl.
My biography brings together a Bulgarian evangelical background, Reformed theology and many years of experience in hospitality and leadership. My main interests include preaching and liturgy, pastoral care, intercultural openness, migration, church development and church leadership.

Profile
My theological work is Reformed, rooted in Scripture and open to ecumenical dialogue. A sermon should take the biblical text seriously, bear witness to Christ and be intelligible to people. Theology serves the church, responsible proclamation and the accompaniment of real people.
My leadership experience in the hotel sector also shapes my church work. I understand leadership as collaborative, transparent, responsible and clear in its processes. Change should be developed together with governing bodies, staff, volunteers and church members.
